PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To focus on acquisition of the New to Bank (NTB) Clients and cross sell of the Bank’s product in order to enhance the bank’s business
1. To identify key prospects and generate Sales Leads.
2. Preparation of strong sales pipeline
3. Meeting or exceeding Sales Goals / Revenue targets
4. Negotiation with the prospective clients
5. Well verse with the regulations
1. Regular contact with all the clients, obtain feedback in terms of services offered and work with team internally for the improvement.
2. Deep mining of the existing clients and sourcing of New clients
3. Cross selling of Bank’s products to the client/prospects
4. Keeping track of the profitability per client and take steps to increase the same.
