Job Description


Direct Responsibilities:

  • Working with business to identify training needs across organization while mutualizing the process
  • Assess current L&D arrangements and influence development activities within business lines to complement L&D strategy
  • Support Learning and Development vision ensuring alignment L&D by rolling out Managerial programs locally
  • Design, develop and deliver Leadership Development to support change management agenda of the organization
  • Manage training budget
  • Work in partnership with India L&D team to effectively deliver Learning interventions for Talent
  • Driving the implementation and execution of the L&D plan to ensure effective outcomes

Contributing Responsibilities
  • Responding to constant demand for learning input to the business in the areas of developing individual competencies for the role
  • Manage and work with existing L&D team members to ensure work prioritization through resource allocation and leveraging strengths
  • Develop own knowledge and competence by utilising internal and external knowledge source

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
Strong domain Knowledge of Learning & Development, managerial and leadership development. Experience in conducting individual needs analysis with an experience of rolling our training program across the organization. Strong sense of commitment and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a matrix structure
