Highlight suspicious transaction and demand explanation from the borrower and conclude
Review of Current account maintained with other banks
Basis above analysis, identify stress cases , highlight and facilitate review
Review of Potential NPA accounts and discussion/ follow-up with all stake holders for Recovery

Pivotal Role between Business, Special Recovery Team (DFSO), Operations etc.
Providing necessary technical assistance for Recovery Process/ legal cases
Following up with, RM, Legal team for all the Stress/NPA cases where Legal has been initiated
Review and Follow Up of Accounts to be/ labelled as Y & Z, as per Credit Labelling Policy along with DFSO. Update highlights to all stakeholders

Preparation of Internal Newsletter covering 360 degree view of the entire portfolio

Liaisoning with Policy team for New Policies, Existing Policies Review & amendments

Enabling New Processes/ improvements/ Deviations, etc in the systems related to Dealer Funding such as IFMS, RAM (CRM),Laser Soft. Implementation of new technologies in this regard
TAT Management - Monitoring TAT of the department & highlighting cases breaching TAT to respective teams
Ensuring smoother MIS for management use
Enabling Reviews periodically Manufacturer, Regional, Industry-wise etc.
Monitoring the Annual Renewal Progress
Liasoning with Analytics team to ensure introduction of system triggers for early warning

Essential Post Graduate
Preferable MBA Finance, CA (preferably with higher cadre in the academics)
Knowledge of financial and understanding of different ratios, spreadsheet preparation and understand the functions of different business and trades.
Knowledge of automobile industry.
Analytical skill and ability to find trend with unstructured data.
Should be able to design process basis the functional requirements
A better inter-personal skill, Pro-active, positive attitude, knows how to build portfolio, initiator, and inclination towards customer service.
Should be able to handle pressure while ensuring the objectives of the unit are achieved
Good negotiation and communication skills along with robust thinking on different adaptable solutions.
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the finance industry.
