  • Understanding business requirements/position requirements with active dialogue with business
  • Deciding best sources for collecting relevant CVs
  • Short listing CVs
  • Coordinating with business on the interviews
  • Conducting the HR interview
  • Proposing offers based on internal benchmarks and external market information
  • Negotiating offers
  • Rolling out the offer letter
  • Keeping close contact with candidate until joining
  • Approval process
  • Responsible for approval process of hiring
  • Responsible for recruitment MIS

  • Handled Full Recruitment Cycle right from the sourcing till the negotiation.
  • Has drive/enthusiasm
  • Has a good eye for detail and numbers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should have handled Recruitment for JAVA & Dot Net Platforms .

  • Strong Experience in IT recruitment.
